All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse the next working day. In some cases there are locations we simply cannot ship to. If this happens we will contact you as an emergency and fully refund for your goods. Depending on your location we rely on several different couriers to deliver your order as soon as possible this could be USPS, UPS, FedEX, DHL or normal post.

We are not responsible for any custom fees that may occur, when purchasing our products you consent that one or more of your packages may be shipped to you and you may get a custom fee when they arrive in your country.

If for any reason your package has been unclaimed and has been returned to us there will be a $8 restocking fee.
