All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse the next working day. In some cases there are locations we simply cannot ship to. If this happens we will contact you as an emergency and fully refund for your goods. Depending on your location we rely on several different couriers to deliver your order as soon as possible this could be USPS, UPS, FedEX, DHL or normal post.
